Job Description
- 1–2 years of professional experience in IT support, IT Helpdesk, system administration, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and basic Linux.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and antivirus solutions is preferred.
- Practical experience in PC/laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good at English (Reading and Communication).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related fields.
Job Requirements
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems (networks, servers, hardware) at head office and branches.
- Support basic configuration of network devices (firewalls, routers) under supervision.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues with CCTV, time attendance, and internal phone systems.
- Resolve common IT issues related to network, printers, and office software; guide users remotely when needed.
- Set up and configure laptops/desktops for new hires; perform basic diagnostics and repairs.
- Support IT procurement: assist in vendor evaluation and equipment selection.
- Manage user accounts and software licenses.
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and assist with reports.
- Participate in internal IT projects and other tasks as assigned.
